Digital Product Refund Policy
Because all StreetReady Prep products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and access has been granted.
This is standard for digital content, as it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item.
However, our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your resources. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Eligible Situations for Review
We may consider refunds or partial credits only under the following circumstances:

Exchanges
As our products are digital, exchanges are not offered. If you would like access to a different product, please reach out — in some cases, we may offer a discount code to support the switch.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Required Disclaimer)
If your purchase was made from within the European Union, digital products may qualify for a 14-day withdrawal period only if the product has not been downloaded, viewed, or accessed.
Once access is provided, the right to withdrawal is waived, as per EU digital goods regulations.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issue. Filing a chargeback for a valid purchase that has been accessed violates our purchase terms and may result in loss of access to future StreetReady Prep content.
